How to order personalized team gifts without the headaches

Start with the deadline

Work backwards from the day you'll hand them out. Personalized pieces are made to order, so allow production time plus shipping, and add a few days of buffer for end-of-season rushes. If you have a firm date, tell us when you order or request a quote.

Collect names (and spellings) in one place

The most common problem with team orders isn't the product, it's a misspelled name. Collect everything in a simple spreadsheet with one row per piece:

• Name, exactly as it should appear (check nicknames and capitalization).
• Number, if the piece has one.
• Size or color, if the product has options.
• Quantity, if anyone needs more than one.

Upload the whole list at once

On any personalized product, choose "Ordering for a team?" and paste your spreadsheet rows or upload a CSV. We check every row against the product's rules (like letters-only names or a two-digit number limit) and show you anything to fix before it goes in your bag.

Get the team price

On Sports and Awards pieces, 10+ pieces save 10% and 25+ pieces save 15%. Different names on the same product count together, so a team of 12 personalized pieces qualifies.

For 50 or more pieces, a team logo, a custom shape or a tight deadline, request a team quote. We'll design it, send a price, and you approve before anything is made.

Gifting tips

• Ordering for a coach? Tick "This order is a gift" in your bag to add a message on the packing slip and leave prices off.
• Shipping to someone else? Enter their address at checkout.
• Mixing products (say, a coach award plus player keepsakes)? They can all go in one order.
