- Business graphics;
- Reference products;

We use these materials primarily to evaluate, design, manufacture, fulfill, support, and, where requested, reproduce your custom product.
Please do not submit highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for us to create your product.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.
Depending on the payment method you select, our payment processor may collect information such as your payment-card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, and other payment information.
Made Possible Designs does not intend to directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor.
We may receive transaction-related information such as:
- Payment status;
- Transaction identifier;
- Payment method type;
- Amount paid;
- Refund information; and
- Limited payment details necessary for transaction management.

Made Possible Designs distinguishes between:

- Photographs or other images we create of products we manufacture.
Customer-Uploaded Materials
We will not use customer-uploaded photographs, sketches, drawings, reference images, or similar customer-provided files for advertising, social media, portfolio displays, or promotional purposes without permission.
Customer uploads are used to evaluate, design, manufacture, fulfill, and support the customer’s project and for other legitimate purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Photographs of Finished Products
Made Possible Designs may photograph or create renderings of products that we design and manufacture and may use those photographs or renderings in our:
- Website;
- Portfolio;
- Social-media accounts;
- Product listings;
- Advertising; and
- Promotional materials.
However, if a finished product prominently contains a customer’s personal photograph, sensitive personal information, or other material that would reasonably warrant additional privacy protection, we will not intentionally use the finished-product image for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
Our ability to photograph a product does not override third-party intellectual-property rights.

05Sale of Personal Information
Made Possible Designs does not currently operate a business model based on selling customers’ personal information.
We do not intend to sell customer photographs, custom-design submissions, order histories, contact information, or Make Anything uploads to data brokers.
If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required notices or choices before engaging in activities requiring them.
06Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including:
- Fulfilling orders;
- Creating custom products;
- Providing customer service;
- Supporting reorders and replacements;
- Maintaining transaction records;
- Accounting and tax compliance;
- Fraud prevention;
- Security;
- Resolving disputes;
- Protecting legal rights; and
- Complying with applicable law.
Our current internal retention framework generally contemplates:
- Core order, transaction, tax, and accounting records: approximately seven years, where appropriate.
- Original customer uploads associated with completed custom orders: generally targeted for deletion approximately 12 months after fulfillment, unless reasonably necessary for an unresolved matter or another legitimate purpose.
- Abandoned Make Anything uploads: generally targeted for deletion approximately 90 days after the submission becomes inactive.
- Approved custom-design records and final production files: generally retained for approximately three years after fulfillment to support reorders, replacements, disputes, and customer service.
- Customer-service communications: generally retained for approximately three years after resolution, where appropriate.
Actual retention periods may vary where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, litigation, dispute, warranty, or other legitimate purposes.
Information deleted from active systems may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten through normal backup processes.
07Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no Internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
08Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

Products may be purchased by adults for children, and an adult customer may submit a child’s name, artwork, photograph, or similar information as part of a custom-design request.
In those circumstances, the adult submitting the information represents that they are authorized to provide the material to us for the requested purpose.
If we learn that personal information has been submitted directly by a child in circumstances where collection is not permitted, we may delete it.
